This project deployed multimedia audio-visual systems for multiple meeting rooms of a commercial organisation in Macau, integrating HD display, wireless presentation, central control and video conferencing into a simple, reliable modern meeting environment.
Project Background
The legacy meeting rooms suffered from fragmented equipment and tedious manual setup before every meeting, while cross-room content sharing and video conferencing needs could hardly be met.
Our Solution
We implemented a one-touch central control solution that uniformly manages displays, audio and signal switching, compatible with mainstream video conferencing platforms and wireless presentation. The control interface was customised to the client's usage habits, with expansion interfaces reserved for future needs.
Results
Meeting preparation time was cut from over ten minutes to under one, and the systems have run stably with intuitive operation. The solution won unanimous praise from the client's staff and has become a showcase for external receptions and remote collaboration.
