Scope of Work

1. Install, configure, tune and operate Linux and domestic (Xinchuang) OS/virtualisation platforms (e.g. openEuler, Kylin, UOS, Huawei FusionCompute/GaussDB environments);
2. Deploy, test, launch and troubleshoot servers, storage, backup and related applications;
3. Participate in domestic software/hardware replacement, migration and system integration projects; write implementation plans, test reports and technical documentation;
4. Support pre-sales/post-sales teams with on-site implementation, system debugging and technical support;
5. Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades and emergency handling to ensure stable client operations.

Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines;
2. 2+ years of Linux operations experience, familiar with common distributions and basic network configuration;
3. Experience with domestic platforms (Huawei, H3C, Kylin, UOS, etc.) preferred;
4. Familiarity with virtualisation (VMware/Huawei/H3C), backup software and basic Windows Server preferred;
5. RHCE, HCIA/HCIP, ZCCE or equivalent certifications preferred;
6. Able to work independently under project pressure, with good communication and documentation skills;
7. Valid Macau motorcycle or car driving licence;
8. Good command of Chinese and English; Macau permanent residents preferred.

Scope of Work

1. Install, configure and implement network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and wireless devices (Huawei, H3C, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Qi’anxin, etc.);
2. Provide network architecture design, technical consultation, troubleshooting and daily operations support;
3. Participate in cybersecurity product deployment (firewalls, gateways, vulnerability scanning, monitoring) and policy tuning;
4. Support bidding and project delivery; write network solutions, implementation plans and technical documents;
5. Support system relocation, upgrades and emergency repairs; provide on-site or field services when necessary.

Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Networking or related disciplines;
2. 2+ years of enterprise network implementation/operations experience; familiar with TCP/IP, dynamic routing, VPN, VLAN and basic security protection;
3. Familiar with selection, deployment and maintenance of one or more mainstream vendors (Huawei, H3C, Cisco, Fortinet or Palo Alto);
4. Government, finance or large-enterprise project experience preferred; HCIA/HCIP, H3CIE, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred;
5. Able to write technical documentation, with independent problem-solving and cross-department communication skills;
6. Valid Macau motorcycle or car driving licence;
7. Good command of Chinese and English; Macau permanent residents preferred.
