This project delivered the complete extra-low-voltage (ELV) installation for a new mixed-use building in Macau, covering conduits, cable containment and equipment deployment for network, CCTV, access control, public address and other subsystems — planned, installed and accepted under one umbrella.
Project Background
The building was in its fit-out sprint, with different ELV subsystems supplied by different vendors. Without unified coordination, tray conflicts, clashing trades and repeated rework were likely, directly affecting schedule and workmanship quality.
Our Solution
We performed the detailed design and overall construction coordination, standardising horizontal tray routes and vertical riser cabling, defining the entry sequence and interface responsibilities for each subsystem, and organising works and acceptance floor by floor to keep quality and progress fully under control.
Results
The ELV works were delivered on schedule and passed acceptance at the first attempt, with neat, clearly labelled cabling throughout. All subsystems were successfully commissioned, laying a solid foundation for the building's future smart operations.
