Project Background
The client's server rooms are small but business-critical. With no dedicated in-house facilities staff, routine inspections and incident handling relied on ad-hoc external support, leaving monitoring blind spots and slow response risks.
Our Solution
We established equipment health records and standardised inspection checklists for each room, deployed remote environmental monitoring with instant alerting, and provided a flexible service mix covering preventive maintenance, emergency drills and on-site support.
